What it does
We made it for our own TV, then kept going. It tries to do the everyday things well.
Live TV with a guide
Left and Right change channel. Up or Down opens the channel list with a small preview. What's on now and next, catch-up where your provider has it, and a sleep timer.
Films and series
Continue watching remembers where you stopped. The next episode starts by itself. Films are sorted by language, with posters, story and cast.
4K, HD and other languages
Each film shows whether it's SD, HD, Full HD or 4K. When your provider has another copy, one press switches to the 4K version or to another language, like Hindi or Tamil. Pick sound tracks and subtitles while you watch.
Sign in with your phone
Typing a password with a remote is no fun. Scan the code on the TV and type your details on your phone instead. They go straight to the TV over your home Wi-Fi.
Phone and TV, one app
On a phone, swipe up for full screen, double-tap to skip 30 seconds, hold for 2x speed. Download films and episodes to watch without internet.
Your favourites, your order
Put favourite channels in the order you like, start the app on your favourite channel, hide the categories you never watch.
Parental lock
A 4-digit PIN to lock the categories, channels, films or series you choose. Nothing is locked unless you lock it.

Questions
Does it come with any channels?
No. Cherry IPTV Player is a player only. It doesn't include, sell or recommend any channels, films, series or subscriptions. You need your own subscription from a TV provider, and it's up to you to make sure you have the right to watch what they supply.
What do I need from my provider?
The Xtream Codes details they gave you: a server address, a username and a password. A plain M3U link on its own isn't supported yet.
Is my provider password safe?
It's stored encrypted on your device and is only ever sent to your provider. We never receive it. Please don't send it to us in a message either.
Are there ads?
No ads, and no advertising or tracking tools in the app or on this website.
